Eid Mubarak is a traditional greeting used in the Islamic countries during the Eid ul-Adha holydays.
Our French Voluntubers are just arrived in Bandug and in order to get involved with the culture of the country they decided to spend a day with Lina’s family, a staff of GREAT Indonesia, during the most important Muslim celebration.
Their aim was to go deeper in the local culture and share with them feelings and sensations. Sometimes it’s difficult to understand others traditions and habits if we keep out of that reality. That’s why we thought to spend an entire day with Lina’s family and friends.
Traditions are important to understand people, and they went there to understand and to be part of this beautiful country, so “Eid Mubarak” to all the readers.
