Far away from the big noisy city of Hanoi there is a rural village, Nam Dinh. Here, every summer SJ Vietnam organizes workcamps, thought for children but really interesting also for the volunteers.

For the first time in her life, Sofie came from Denmark as a volunteer during two summer weeks. She came to teach English but she found a whole new world. Volunteers from Japan, Korea and France taught and played with Vietnamese children having so much fun. But they also discussed about different cultures and lifestyles, exchanging opinions.

That’s not a simple job! She couldn’t believe a two weeks summer school could be so amazing. And she didn’t want to come back home!
Discover about her experience of working with the local and beautiful kids!
